Carrier grade Internet Service, also known as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) or Managed Internet Service (MIS). It combines a high-performance IP (Internet Protocol) backbone, a state-of-the-art IP routing service, and partnerships with communications providers around the globe to provide worldwide Internet connectivity for your business.
The Internet service offered in variety of bandwidths:

• T1 /DS1 (1.5 Mbps): $300 -600/month
• NxT1 (3-12 Mbps): $700+/month
• T3/DS3 (28 T1s = 45 Mbps: $4000-16,000/month
• OC3 (155 Mbps = 100 T1s): $20,000-50,000/mo)

In many cases, the newer Internet Service delivered over fiber with a Fast Ethernet handoff (10 – 100Mbps) or GigE (1000 Mbps) handoff can be a very cost effective alternative to higher bandwidth alternatives such as T3/DS3, OC3 etc. With time sensitive promotions, many carriers may offer 20 Meg Ethernet Internet access at $1600-2000 range and a 100 Mbps access as low as $4500/month.
